With the huge success of the music video Death Roll , The Gloominous Doom is interested in my direction for yet another music video. This video will be for the song Washer At the Ford.
Washer at the ford Is a story about a man who has many vices and is on a path of (self) destruction. The “washer” is a ghostly premonition and foreshadows the main characters death.
The subject matter and my familiarity with the composition of the song Washer… are sparking insight and I’m brewing great concepts for this video.
I started the character development, plotting, location / talent scouting, and story/time boards for this task. I hope to work with Andrew Moyer again in editing footage when we get to that stage.
Both the band and I are looking to take a more consistent direction with the footage in relation to the “back story” and lyrics, unlike the silly, comedic antics of Death Roll.
This is going to be a great video and addition to mine and the Gloominous Dooms accomplishments.
